Schedule an appointment with our nutritionist during your next visit to Midway Specialty Care Center. We will work with you on your personal dietary changes needed, and we can help you take specific steps to maintain good nutrition. After a patient evaluation, our nutritionist may recommend that you take vitamins or supplements to ensure you are getting all the nutrients you need for a balanced diet.

We can also counsel you on an exercise plan. Exercise offers benefits that can help you maintain good physical and mental health. Exercise can increase your strength, endurance, and fitness, and help your immune system work better to fight infections.
