Michael E. Dunn, MD
Midway Specialty Care Center is proud to partner in our Tampa Office with Dr. Michael Dunn, a certified member of the American Association of HIV Medicine and Fellowship Trained in Infectious Diseases. Dr. Dunn specializes in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases, with an emphasis on HIV and Hepatitis.
Dr. Dunn has been an integral part of the HIV care in the Tampa Bay area for over 20 years and is highly respected in his field. Dr. Dunn received his medical degree from University of Tennessee College of Medicine.
Our mission is to provide integrated quality and affordable primary care and pharmaceutical services to patients living with an infectious disease. Midway Specialty Care Center strives to enhance access to treatment for all patients living with chronic diseases, Hepatitis and HIV.

Rodrigo Sabec, APRN
Rodrigo Sabec, APRN is originally from Brazil but relocated and settled in the Tampa area. Mr. Sabec received his Master’s degree in Sciences of Nursing from South University in Tampa, Florida. Mr. Sabec is Board Certified by The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners National Certification Board, Inc. as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Mr. Sabec has a focused interest in HIV treatment, transgender care and PrEP and enjoys spending time with Ginger and Ella (his dogs) and loved ones.
Corinne Beniasians, PA-C, MS-PA
Corinne “Corie” Beniasians, PA-C, MS-PA works closely with renowned HIV specialist Dr Michael Dunn. Ms. Beniasians earned her degrees in NYC, where she attended and graduated from an Accredited Physician Assistant Program initially at Pace University, graduating amongst the top of her class, earning a Magna Cum Laude Latin honors award. Her interest in HIV prevention and AIDS awareness began with organizations like Body Positive, and education company, Pajama Program which worked with at-risk youth to prevent drug use and educate regarding STD and HIV prevention. Upon graduation, Corie worked in several medical specialties, including Internal/Family Medicine, Urgent Care, Occupational Medicine, Rheumatology and most recently STI Management and Prevention, and HIV prevention.
Corie worked for the LA LGBT Center for 5 years, starting off as a per-diem SHeP provider, treating and managing STIs, in addition to providing PEP to those who qualified.. In her last position, she was the Lead Clinician of the satellite clinic for the LA LGBT Center in West Hollywood, continuing her work in providing PrEP and PEP services and providing STI management and treatment. Corie explains that the Love of her Life and now wife “B” is what brought her to Florida. She worked for Metro Inclusive Health for close to three years initiating their same day PrEP program and same day STI testing services. She increased their Transhealth services through her nonjudgmental and caring approach. She helped increase their patient volume to allow for, what is now, a 6 provider medical care team.
Corie however can now be found working at Dr Michael Dunn’s office, where she continues to be an important asset in the LGBTQI community by continuing to provide her PATIENT -CENTERED care in a personable, caring and compassionate office setting.
