Specialty Care in Temple Terrace, FL
Midway Specialty Care Center in Temple Terrace is a federally qualified 340B nonprofit clinic. Our board-certified infectious disease physicians treat a wide range of bacterial, viral, fungal, and parasitic infections — from skin and soft tissue infections to complex systemic disease and sexually transmitted infections.
Some infections are straightforward to treat; others require a specialist who understands resistance patterns, co-morbidities, and the full picture of a patient's health. We provide accurate diagnosis, targeted treatment, and the ongoing follow-up that many infectious conditions require. We accept most insurance plans and can provide access to 340B drug pricing for eligible patients.
Our clinic offers the following specialty services.
Antiretroviral therapy, viral load monitoring, CD4 tracking, and long-term HIV management.
Daily oral and long-acting injectable PrEP to prevent HIV. Covered by most insurance plans.
Confidential on-site testing and treatment for HIV, gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, and more.
Curative antiviral therapy for hepatitis C and long-term medical management for hepatitis B.
Expert evaluation and treatment for complex, recurrent, and treatment-resistant infections.
Confidential results in 20 minutes. Walk-ins welcome — no appointment or referral needed.
We work to make care accessible regardless of your coverage or financial situation.
