Midway Specialty Care Center in Jupiter is a federally qualified 340B nonprofit clinic. Our board-certified infectious disease physicians treat a wide range of bacterial, viral, fungal, and parasitic infections — from skin and soft tissue infections to complex systemic disease and sexually transmitted infections.
Some infections are straightforward to treat; others require a specialist who understands resistance patterns, co-morbidities, and the full picture of a patient's health. We provide accurate diagnosis, targeted treatment, and the ongoing follow-up that many infectious conditions require. We accept most insurance plans and can provide access to 340B drug pricing for eligible patients.

Dr. Pablo M. Feuillet, MD is a board-certified infectious diseases physician, born in Colombia, where he graduated as a medical doctor from the Escuela Colombiana de Medicina in Bogotá. Dr. Feuillet completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital and a fellowship in Infectious Diseases at the University of Texas at San Antonio. After finishing his training in Infectious Diseases, Dr. Feuillet have been practicing in the private sector over 27 years. He actively participated in Infection Control, Antibiotic Stewardship committees, Outpatient Infusion Therapy (OPAT), wound care centers, infectious disease consultations, and telemedicine, assisting multiple specialties in solving complex infectious problems while working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals. Specializing in Infectious Diseases, Dr. Feuillet is passionate about providing quality and efficient care for patients with these challenging conditions. In his current role as Infectious Disease consultant for Jupiter Medical Center Hospital, Allan B. Miller Hospital and Cleveland Clinic hospitals he aims to optimize healthcare delivery for patients with Infectious diseases. Outside of work, Dr. Feuillet enjoys spending time with his family, visiting various countries to learn about their cultures and histories, and playing golf with his colleagues, which helps him maintain a balanced life. Jenn primarily practices as an advanced practice registered nurse in the field of infectious disease. Jenn serves as the clinical administrator and is primarily responsible for the West Palm Beach office. She has provided infectious disease consultations in the inpatient as well as outpatient clinical settings. Dr. Kuretski attained the distinction of Doctor of Nursing from the University of Miami, School of Nursing. She has a particular interest in retroviruses such as Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV). This interest and clinical experience led her to obtaining specialty certification as an American Academy of HIV Medicine, HIV Specialist. She has been involved in over 50 clinical trials in the field of infectious disease. She previously served as adjunct faculty at the University of Miami in the M.S.N. and D.N.P. programs at the School of Nursing. Dr. Kuretski is a family nurse practitioner certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
