The mission of Midway Specialty Care Center, as a not-for-profit clinic, is to provide our patients a comprehensive infectious disease care center, with primary care, and access to behavioral health services, gynecological care and nutritional support. Our dedicated team of physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, medical assistants, and pharmacists work to provide total patient care with dignity to those living with an infectious disease.
We accept most commercial insurances. Please call the office in advance to verify if we take your insurance. We also accept Medicaid and Medicare. If you do not have insurance, ask for a case manager to work with you on a self-payment option, using a sliding scale based on your household income and family size.
Alisha Azemar, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC is board certified as a family nurse practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
Alisha graduated from Chamberlain University with her Doctor of Nursing Practice. Following completion of her NP program, Alisha took a position with the health department which provided a vast amount of experience and exposure. During which, she developed an interest in infectious disease, primarily complications associated with HIV/AIDS.
Alisha joined Midway Specialty Care in 2021 enabling her to care for patients interested in HIV prevention and continue treatment of HIV/AIDS as well as Hepatitis C.
Dr. Suzanne Y. Succop, MD FACP, received her medical degree from the University of Miami. She completed a residency followed by a Fellowship in Infectious Disease at Jackson Memorial Hospital and the University of Miami School of Medicine. She is currently board certified in Infectious Diseases. Dr. Succop has 30 years of experience working as an Infectious Diseases Specialty Physician in multiple Palm Beach County hospitals. Her fields of interest include General Infectious Disease, HIV and Hepatitis C care.

It is the policy of Midway Specialty Care Center to provide a safe environment for patients and employees. The wearing of masks is an integral factor in preventing the spread of respiratory infections.
Patients/clients will be asked to wear a mask upon arrival at any Midway facility under the following circumstances:
Midway reserves the right to refuse accommodation for patients who exhibit any signs and or symptoms of respiratory infection and refuse to wear a mask when asked to do so.
All employees are encouraged to wear masks when in close contact with patients/clients.
