At Midway Specialty Care Center, we understand that your mental health is just as important as your physical health. Positive mental health is an important part of staying healthy when you are living with chronic medical conditions.

Making it harder for you to be compliant in taking your medications.
Making it more difficult for you to keep your healthcare appointments or take advantage of your support network.
Interfering with your healthy behaviors, such as getting enough sleep, eating right, and exercising.
Impairing your ability to cope with the stressors of daily life.
As a person living with a chronic medical condition, it is important for you to be aware you have an increased risk for developing mood, anxiety, and cognitive disorders.
